Off-hand weapon only for DK, MG and RF
As in the original MU, only Dark Knight, Magic Gladiator and Rage Fighter can wield a weapon in each hand. DW/SM, Elf, DL and Summoner can no longer equip a second staff or weapon.

Why
A player saw a character with two staffs and asked if it was allowed. An MG with two one-handed staffs is correct; the bug was letting the other classes equip the second weapon.
