Dark Side, Dragon Roar, Infinity Arrow and Expansion of Wizardry unlocked early
The minimum level to learn and use four skills dropped: the RF gets Dark Side and Dragon Roar at level 20; the Elf gets Infinity Arrow and the DW gets Expansion of Wizardry at level 10.

Why
With resets, characters go back to level 1 many times. Losing the main skill until level 150-220 on every run left the RF with almost no area damage and the Elf and DW without their boost in the slowest part of the game.

Applies to the scroll (learning) and to the skill (using). The damage of the four skills did not change.
