Jewel pack: how to earn 15 jewels with 1 hour of play

How time is counted
- Every minute the site checks who is in the game with a character and adds that minute to your account.
- Time accumulates: 20 minutes today and 40 tomorrow add up to 60.
- Sitting on the login screen does not count. Only time with the character inside the world counts.
- If the server is down, those minutes are not added for anyone.
Step by step
- Enter the game. No account yet? Create yours.
- Play normally. Open the promotion page whenever you want to see the progress bar.
- At 60 of 60 minutes, the "Claim my pack" button appears.
- Leave the game (disconnect the account).
- Confirm the vault has 15 free slots (each jewel takes 1 slot).
- Click Claim my pack.
- Enter the game, open the vault NPC and take the 15 jewels.
Why must the account be out of the game?
The server keeps your vault in memory while you are connected. If the site changed the vault at that moment, the item could vanish or the vault be overwritten. That is why claiming is only unlocked with the account disconnected. It is the same care as the Zen Shop.
If the vault does not exist yet
New accounts only get a vault when the player opens the vault NPC for the first time. If that is your case, claiming creates the vault automatically. You do not need to do anything first.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to stay 1 hour in a row in the game?
No. Time accumulates across several sessions and several days.
My account is old. Can I take part?
Yes. It applies to all accounts. What you played before 10/08/2026 does not count, only time from that date.
Can I win more than one pack?
No. It is one pack per account, and also one per email. Creating several accounts with the same email does not help.
I played 1 hour, but the bar did not reach 60 minutes. Why?
Only time inside the world with a character counts, and the bar updates every minute. If the server went down or restarted, those minutes do not count. Play a few more minutes and check again.
The claim button gave a vault space error. Now what?
Free up vault space (15 slots of 1Γ1) and click again. The pack is only delivered whole.
Do I need to pay or have VIP?
No. The promotion is free and applies to any account.
Can I use a program to stand still in the game?
No. Accounts using unauthorized programs may be excluded from the promotion.
Does the promotion have an end date?
It has no set deadline, but may end or change at any time. Whoever completed the hour before that keeps the right to claim.
