Dark Knight (BK) build for MU Online Season 6: points and reset
How to distribute the points of the Dark Knight (Blade Knight and Blade Master) on OpenMU: Strength, Vitality and Agility, an example for reset 10 and how to redo the build every reset.
Updated on Oct 5, 2026 Β· OpenMU server data

The Dark Knight (DK) is the most straightforward class in MU: lots of health, area strikes and the Twisting Slash. It evolves into Blade Knight and then Blade Master. Here is a starter build for OpenMU, with the server numbers.
The server numbers
| Data | Value |
|---|---|
| Starting stats | Strength 28 Β· Agility 20 Β· Vitality 25 Β· Energy 10 |
| Points per level | 5 |
| Points after each reset | 500 Γ reset number |
Since the server is points-based, on reset your stats go back to the starting values and you receive the points again. In other words: you can redo the build every reset, without paying to reset stats.
Suggested build: Strength + Vitality
| Stat | Share | Example at reset 10 (6,950 points) |
|---|---|---|
| Strength | 45% | 3,100 |
| Vitality | 30% | 2,100 |
| Agility | 20% | 1,400 |
| Energy | 5% | 350 |
"Reset 10" adds the 5,000 reset points to the 1,950 earned from level 10 to 400 (5 Γ 390).
- Strength raises damage and unlocks heavy gear.
- Vitality is your health: the DK lives by taking the hits in the middle of the monsters.
- Agility helps with defense and attack speed, and also counts toward item requirements.
- Energy only enough for skill requirements.
This is a starting point, not a rule: your gear defines how much Strength and Agility you really need. Check item requirements before spending everything.
How to place the points
After each reset, use /add:
/add str 3100
/add vit 2100
/add agi 1400
/add ene 350
More details in the commands guide.
Progression tips
- Early on, put almost everything in Strength and Vitality. Agility can wait until your gear asks for it.
- At every reset, review the distribution: with 20x experience, going back to level 10 is quick, and it is worth adjusting the build to the items you already have.
- Follow the leveling route in the where to level guide.
- Compare with the other classes in the classes guide.
